The listed visits are an initial evaluation at $250 and a follow-up at $125. We offer a sliding scale if needed. New patients: please book at least 48 hours ahead.

If you are out of network

We can provide a superbill so you may request reimbursement from your plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed; it gives you a record to submit.
