ADHD
Focus, impulsivity, unfinished work, or an adult who never got a clear evaluation. Follow-through problems can mean more than one thing.
Approach
Your first session is a chance to share what you have been experiencing and ask questions.
Your first session is a chance to share what you have been experiencing/feeling and ask questions. We’ll talk about your concerns, gather your health history and goals, and then discuss possible next steps together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet.
I offer a welcoming and safe space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and work through what’s troubling you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and find practical steps that fit your life.
What people often bring
ADHD
Focus, impulsivity, unfinished work, or an adult who never got a clear evaluation. Follow-through problems can mean more than one thing.
Anxiety
Worry that will not let up, including in the evening. We go at a pace that keeps trust.
Depression
In kids and teens it often looks like irritability, flatness, or staying in their room. We treat the mood — not just the behavior.
Mood, bipolar, OCD
Highs and lows that scare the household. A thought that will not leave. These are regular parts of the practice.
Sleep, trauma, autism
Also part of the work. If you are not sure what to call it yet, say that. It is a note for the visit, not a diagnosis.
Schedule on Alma, or send a note. New patients: 48 hours ahead.
